Century Housing Closes Acquisition Loan for Purchase of W.F. Fuller Building

Culver City, CA — Century Housing, in conjunction with The Enterprise Foundation and Local Initiatives Support Corporation, closed a $1,467,000 acquisition loan for the purchase of the W.F. Fuller Building in Lincoln Heights.


The 167,000 sq. ft. warehouse will be converted into 105 loft condominiums by Livable Places, Inc., a housing developer specializing in creating home-ownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income families.


Three quarters of the units are planned for sale to moderate-income families when construction is completed in 2005.


Century Housing is a private nonprofit affordable housing lender, which has created more than 11,000 units of quality affordable housing in the metropolitan Los Angeles area.
