Century’s Affordability Monitoring staff annually reviews the ratio of affordability levels within the developments we have financed to guarantee that the housing will remain affordable into the future.

Century ensures that property owners:

• Maintain rents at appropriate income levels,
• Do not incur loans against their property,
• Recertify tenant income annually,
• And occupy their homes, in the case of single-family ownership properties.

Century’s Affordability Monitoring staff monitors more than 3,000 rental units in nearly 100 developments and more than 600 single-family ownership properties.
